Return policy
At Simms Fishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

Personalized or custom-made products

Used or worn fishing gear
3. Return Process

Email us with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Important: Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping costs.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you wish to change size, color, or product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
